Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a QAD Consultant to support our ERP environment in a Memphis manufacturing setting. The role sits in IT, translating operational needs into system solutions while leading projects end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT or ERP within manufacturing, strong QAD SE/EE/AUX knowledge, and exposure to QAD Adaptive. A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Engineering or related field
• Working knowledge of QAD SE, EE, and AUX environments
• Exposure to QAD Adaptive (preferred but not required)
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users—comfortable speaking both languages
• Experience managing or contributing to projects from initiation through go live
• Understanding of manufacturing operations (production, inventory, supply chain, shop floor processes)
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work through ambiguity

• Assist with testing, validation, and user training during system changes.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with QAD (SE, EE, AUX) and exposure to Adaptive, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial acumen (understanding of GL, costing, financial reporting, or ERP financial modules)

• Has been involved in projects (upgrades, rollouts, or process improvements) and can take ownership of smaller efforts independently.

• Comfortable navigating QAD environments and learning new modules or tools as needed.
• Brings a practical, hands‑on approach—someone who can get in, figure things out, and move work forward without a lot of overhead.
