Job summary

Ejamerica seeks a senior QA transformation and engineering leader to modernize quality engineering, drive automation, and introduce AI-enabled testing across web and mobile platforms.

You will design scalable end-to-end automation architectures, leverage AI across the testing lifecycle, and embed automated quality gates into CI/CD to enable faster, reliable releases with measurable KPIs across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in QA/Test Engineering.
• 3+ years leading QA managers or large QA organizations.
• Web and mobile testing leadership experience.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Transformation: Proven success taking QA orgs to an AI-enabled, automation-first Quality Engineering model.
• End-to-end automation architecture: Design scalable automation across web, mobile, APIs, and ecommerce journeys.
• AI across testing lifecycle: Leverage AI for test generation, coverage optimization, risk identification, and regression optimization.
• CI/CD integration: Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for faster, reliable releases with continuous testing.
• BDD/TDD leadership: Establish automation standards and KPIs across onshore/offshore teams.

Looking for a senior QA transformation/Engineering leader who can modernize quality engineering, drive automation, and introduce AI-enabled testing practices across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• AI & Automation Transformation: Proven success taking QA organizations from limited automation to an AI-enabled, automation-first Quality Engineering model.
• Deep expertise designing scalable end-to-end automation architecture across web, React Native mobile, APIs, and complex ecommerce journeys.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI across the testing lifecycle for test generation, coverage optimization, risk identification, defect analysis, and regression optimization.
• Proven experience embedding automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster, more reliable releases with continuous testing.
• Strong leadership in establishing BDD/TDD practices, automation standards, measurable quality KPIs, and adoption across onshore/offshore teams.
