Job summary

Bridge Flair LLC is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with 3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications across web and mobile platforms.

You will analyze requirements, create test cases, execute manual testing, and collaborate with developers to identify and track defects through to resolution. Strong knowledge of STLC/SDLC and bug tracking tools is required.

The role offers collaboration in an Agile team and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Understanding of API testing (Postman or similar tools).
• Good knowledge of test case design techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Validate fixes and perform re-testing.
• Ensure software meets quality standards and user expectations.
• Contribute to test documentation and reports.
