ISN is seeking a QA Tester in Dallas to help develop quality products through testing and documentation. The role requires interpreting product requirements, crafting test plans, and coordinating with software teams.

The job supports in-office presence with potential remote elements after an initial period. Applicants should bring 4+ years in software testing, automation experience, and proficiency with .NET, VB, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience with test plans, test cases and test reports.
• 2+ years of automated testing using Playwright or Selenium or similar tools.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira or similar tool is required.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman/Swagger or similar tools.
• Experience working in .Net, VB, SQL, HTML and JavaScript environments.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review product requirements, identify potential defects/risks, and develop test plans.
• Develop product feature expertise by working with Software Development teams and stakeholders on usability and functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test strategy for web-based UI products and data intensive processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for defects/risks to support product development and testing.
• Create and execute functional and regression testing using automation at application and systems level.
• Develop frequent tests after new product releases, upgrades, or maintenance.
