Job summary

ISNetworld seeks a QA Tester to help deliver quality products by managing testing and documentation. The role requires building test plans, cases, and reports, and executing automation for web UI and data-heavy processes.

Candidates should have 4+ years in software testing, with 2+ years in automation (Playwright/Selenium) and API testing. Relocation to Dallas, TX is required for non-locals, with in-office attendance up to 2x/week initially and a remote option after 90 days with monthly

• Perform functional and regression testing using automation at app and system levels.
• Run frequent tests after releases, upgrades, or maintenance.
• Be within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX; relocation required for non-locals.
• Attend in-office up to twice per week for the first 90 days; then possible remote with monthly in-person engagement.

Job description

The Position: The QA Tester will assist in the development of quality products through the management of testing and documentation.

Who should apply?

• 4+ years’ experience in software testing, including creation of test plans, test cases and test reports
• 2+ years’ experience in automated testing using Playwright/Selenium/ or similar tools
• Experience using Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tool is required
• Experience in API Testing using Postman/Swagger or similar tools
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review product requirements, identify potential defects/risks, and develop test plans
• Develop product feature expertise by working closely with Software Development teams and stakeholders regarding product usability and functionality
• Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test strategy for web-based UI products and data intensive processes
• Develop documentation for defects/risks reporting in order to support product development and testing
• Create and execute functional and regression testing using automation at the application and systems level
• Develop frequent tests after new product releases, upgrades, or maintenance
• Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
• In-office attendance up to two times per week for the first 90 days of employment.
• After 90 days completion, you will have an option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly (team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
