Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth testing on AAA game titles, covering all aspects of gameplay, systems, and features.
• Identify, meticulously document, and track complex bugs and issues using advanced bug tracking systems.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored for AAA game development.
• Conduct extensive regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of game builds.
• Collaborate effectively with lead designers, engineers, and producers to address critical issues.
• Provide detailed performance analysis, including frame rate, load times, and memory usage.
• Test complex game mechanics, AI behavior, scripting, and world simulation.
• Contribute to the refinement of QA processes and methodologies for AAA development.
• Mentor junior testers and share expertise on AAA quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and quality standards for AAA releases.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a **Tester de Videojuegos**, with a significant focus on AAA titles.
• Proven ability to test large-scale, complex game projects across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and AAA production cycles.
• Expertise in using industry-standard bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, capable of articulating complex technical details.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in an autonomous and collaborative **remote** work setting.

• Experience with performance profiling tools and techniques is highly valued.
