Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a large-scale software development environment.
• Proven track record working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and iterative development best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones.
• Test management/defect tracking: JIRA (including linking requirements, test cases, defects)
• Documentation & collaboration: Ability to work with shared documentation repositories like SharePoint and Confluence
• Testing capability: Strong manual testing foundation across functional, regression, and integration testing
• Data skills: Able to set up and manage test data; support SQL query design and transformation logic validation as required.

This role provides end-to-end Quality Assurance support to ensure high-quality technology solutions. Pay range: $39.76 - $43.76 per hour
