Veriipro is seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive software testing, test management and offshore team coordination. You will lead testing across multiple time zones, track quality metrics and ensure successful release validation in an Agile environment.

You will oversee test planning, defect management and data validation (SQL and API testing), collaborating closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software QA with leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating offshore QA teams across time zones.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and track defects and quality KPIs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira and similar tools.
• Strong SQL and API testing abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA activities, test planning, execution and release validation.
• Manage offshore testing teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Develop and monitor QA KPIs, quality metrics and testing reports.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, resolution and reporting.
• Work closely with development, business and project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Perform and oversee SQL-based data validation and API testing.
• Manage testing activities using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software QA experience.
• 2+ years of QA leadership or test management experience.
