We are seeking an experienced Azure Test Lead with strong expertise in Data Testing, Azure DevOps, and Test Automation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and hands‑on experience in test planning, design, execution, evaluation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts in a global delivery model and ensure quality in a dynamic, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for applications in a distributed Agile delivery model.
• Create and execute delivery plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage and mentor the Data Testing team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop test strategies and lead functional and automation testing for data‑focused projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in software test design, execution, automation, CI/CD, defect management, and prevention planning.
• Drive continuous QA improvements, including the adoption of appropriate tools and techniques.
• Establish trust and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and support leaders to ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery.
• Recommend tools and solutions to enhance Data Testing processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Testing, Azure, and Test Automation.
• Hands‑on expertise in test planning, design, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and testing in Agile delivery models.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring and managing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recommending QA tools and implementing automation strategies.
