Job summary

The role centers on Robot Framework-based automation, database and API testing, and direct client communication.

You will leverage AI-powered testing tools to accelerate workflows, manage defects in JIRA/Confluence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python.
• Proficient in database and API testing.
• Familiar with AI-powered testing tools and AI assistants.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong manual testing experience with detailed test case design.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences domain knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with LIMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python
• Perform DB and API testing across application layers
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to accelerate automation
• Manage defect tracking, test management, and documentation in JIRA and Confluence
• Design and execute detailed manual test cases where automation isn't yet in place
• Independently manage client and stakeholder communication throughout testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and QA teams
• Report testing progress, defects, and risks clearly to stakeholders
