Job summary

AMAX in Fremont, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Inspector to join our testing and quality inspection team. You will follow manufacturing instructions, perform visual inspections, report discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in your work area.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 6 months of relevant manufacturing experience. IPC knowledge and PCB experience are a plus. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must abide by company safety rules and regulations.
• Must know how to follow manufacturing instructions.
• Reporting of any discrepancies found during inspection.
• Contribute ideas for improvement in their respective work area.
• Follow work discipline and cooperation to any assigned tasks.
• At least high school graduate.
• Minimum 6 months relevant work experience (preferably in manufacturing test/quality inspection).
• Visual inspection skills; be able to lift weight up to 40 pounds.
• Computer Literacy; IPC background/experience
• PCB experience preferred.
