Job summary

AMAX is seeking candidates in Fremont, CA for entry-level inspection roles. You will perform visual quality checks, adhere to manufacturing instructions, and report discrepancies promptly. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of related experience, with IPC knowledge and PCB exposure preferred.

You will contribute ideas to improve processes, follow safety rules, and support overtime when needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 6 months relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing test/quality inspection.
• Visual inspection skills and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Computer literacy with IPC background/experience; PCB experience preferred.
• Willingness to follow manufacturing instructions and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection and report any discrepancies found during inspection.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and safety rules in daily tasks.
• Contribute ideas for improvement in the respective work area.
• Support overtime work when needed and cooperate on assigned tasks.
