Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
• Proficiency with using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Team-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process testing and AQL inspections.
• Submit samples for analytical and microbiological testing.
• Review batch documentation and production logbooks for accuracy.
• Approve pre-startup activities and equipment checks.
• Release batch records and work orders.
• Conduct daily audits and floor walks to ensure compliance.
• Support teams with GMP, SOP, and documentation guidance.
• Participate in shift review meetings.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
