Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Quality Assurance Lab experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 to 3 years forklift operations and/or certification preferred.
• Ability to use a computer - basic computer skills.
• Experience with plant safety systems (Confined Space entry, Hot Work permitting and Lockout/Tagout).
• Basic skills in mechanical troubleshooting, pipe fitting, minor metal fabrication and use of basic tools.
• Strong teamwork, work ethic, detail and organizational skills; follow PPE and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Identify off-spec production in the lab analysis spreadsheet and in the Access inventory database.
• Maintain records of disposition of non-conforming product and calibrate test equipment per requirements.
• Inventory critical lab supplies weekly and understand ISO 9001 standards and operate accordingly.
• Enter lab data into Access database and lab analysis Excel spreadsheet daily.
• Perform sieve analysis using Rotap and ensure COAs for customer shipments.
• Operate all processes safely under HSE rules and regulations; support safety initiatives.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and returns to identify root causes.
