Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional to ensure products meet Lindt & Sprüngli standards for quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance at our New Hampshire facility.

You will implement audit processes, interpret policies, and collaborate with QA, R&D, manufacturing, and purchasing teams. The role involves handling analytical testing, sample retention, equipment calibration, and documentation to support compliance with ISO and third-party standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years analytical & quality experience in food production.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of database systems.
• Knowledge of analytical systems and equipment.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• HACCP and PCQI certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sample and test raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Perform analytical laboratory functions for main facility and backups.
• Release products and manage non-conformances.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Manage sample retention program for materials.
• Interface with Purchasing and Manufacturing to enforce standards.
• Train QA Technicians in basic analytical tests.
• Maintain documentation and filing of inspection reports.
