Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Manufacturing QA Technician I for a 4-month contract at our Clackamas, OR milk plant. The role focuses on ensuring quality and safety of products through inspections, tests, and data documentation.

You will monitor processes, document findings, and assist with corrective actions while upholding GMP and SOP standards. On-site with potential overtime and weekend work, the shift is 1st from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
• 1–2 years in quality assurance or a similar role in food production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work the specified shift and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished milk products.
• Perform regular inspections of production processes to ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain GMP and SOPs.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
• Record and analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
• Help develop and execute quality improvement initiatives.
