Job summary

Incora is seeking a QA Technician I to join our Northlake, Texas facility. You will perform receiving inspection, labeling, storing and shipping of chemicals, ensuring the required documentation and certifications are complete and accurate for customer traceability.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office. ISO 9001/AS 9120 familiarity is preferred, and you will work with suppliers to resolve non-conformances and ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS 9120 is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify received materials and certifications for traceability.
• Review documentation (test reports, certifications) for completeness and accuracy.
• Release conforming material with proper lot/batch, expiration, bin location, and labeling.
• Communicate with procurement and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor storage conditions and assist with non-conformance investigations.
