Alphia seeks a Level I QA Technician to begin a career path toward process capability on both sides of the line. You will perform routine sampling and testing, operate NIR and other instruments, and uphold food safety policies.

Collaboration with QA leads and other technicians is essential as you advance. You will document results, participate in holds and product inspections, and support sanitation and changeovers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ready to work in a production environment with GMP/HACCP awareness.

Responsabilités

• Operate analytical instruments such as NIR, Aw meter, moisture analyzer, and scales.
• Perform in-process sampling and testing for processing or packaging.
• Place materials on Hold and log Hold reports in systems.
• Enter data into IQS software and adhere to Alphia business systems.
• Follow GMP and HACCP requirements and assist with sanitation and changeovers.
• Pull samples for product release testing and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Informs operators and supervisors of testing results and quality status.
