Job summary

Perrigo in Allegan Township, MI is seeking a QA Technician for 3rd shift to respond to quality events, document actions, and contain issues promptly.

You will help identify and contain defects, manage the rework process, review documentation for cGMP compliance, and support continuous improvement across manufacturing and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an FDA-regulated industry; at least 6 months required.
• Must possess understanding of and ability to apply cGMPs.
• Working knowledge of SOPs and ability to provide clear direction and interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently against multiple deadlines.
• Must understand equipment operation and manufacturing/packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quality events, complete related documentation, and determine immediate physical containment and remediation.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and containing defects; conduct ASP’s and manages the rework process with clear instructions.
• Review documentation as necessary and perform auditing of Perrigo manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure compliance with applicable cGMP requirements.
