Incora is seeking a Quality Assurance reviewer to inspect and verify received materials and certification packages to ensure traceability and documentation accuracy.
You will use inventory management systems, collaborate with procurement and suppliers to resolve non-conformities, and release compliant material for warehouse processes, with attention to shelf life and storage conditions.
Responsible for inspecting and verifying that the quality Assure documents. Received are applicable, complete and accurate in relation to the product received, in accordance with department work instructions. Responsible for trouble shooting the situation to communicate appropriately to internal and external customers, and suppliers, and as seek a resolution for the appropriate required documentation. .
High School Diploma or GED Experience Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal customers, serving all levels of the company Proven ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research Excellent organizational and time-management skills Clear and accurate data entry and documentation Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required Basic competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word is required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
