Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring QA Technicians for a growing food manufacturing company in the Hackettstown area. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, or CPG environments who are passionate about product quality and food safety.

We are looking for individuals who ask questions, think beyond the task at hand, and enjoy improving processes. Direct hire with shifts available; Day and Night shifts are posted.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC or food safety in manufacturing.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
• CPG manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing and quality inspections
• Monitor food safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance
• Inspect raw materials and finished products
• Conduct temperature checks and allergen verification
• Complete QA documentation and maintain records
• Assist with product holds, releases, and investigations
• Support customer complaint investigations
• Conduct GMP and sanitation audits throughout the facility
• Verify calibration of QA equipment

$24-$26/hr (Depending on Experience)
Direct Hire

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (2 openings)
• Night Shift: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (1 opening)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product testing and quality inspections
