Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a QA/Downstack associate to inspect polymer concrete parts, perform product testing, and support quality assurance on the production line. The role focuses on ensuring components meet specifications and documenting any deviations.

Ideal candidates will have high school completion, strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required in QA tasks.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Clear communication with line leads and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts from production, assembly, and dock inspections.
• Perform daily process audits.
• Conduct resin blending and first article inspections.
• Identify casting defects and document non-conformances.
• Label HOLD tags for non-conformances.
• Log non-conformances in QA HOLD log.
• Communicate quality concerns to casting line team leads.
• Maintain 5S in assigned areas.
• Perform raw material testing.
