Job summary

Atlanta Cheesecake Company, a Dessert Holdings subsidiary, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support production operations and maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across the facility.

You will conduct quality and food safety inspections, verify sanitation, monitor temperatures and production records, perform allergen and environmental swabbing, and carry out audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Quality Control or food manufacturing/food service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and food safety inspections throughout the facility.
• Verify sanitation effectiveness.
• Monitor temperatures, production records, and food safety documentation.
• Perform allergen and environmental swabbing as required.
