Job summary

Riverence in Idaho seeks a QA team member to support processing operations to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will perform clerical duties, help with data entry, support HACCP and cGMP, and communicate with QA Lead and Production Leads.

Full-time, non-exempt, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week, with start times varying; overtime possible. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret regulations, quality standards, and manuals.
• Capable of completing tasks quickly and accurately.
• Must apply good judgment in written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Willingness to cross-train within QA and processing floor.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards.
• Write and send emails.
• Communicate with QA Lead, Production Leads, and teammates.
• Assist other team members in completing work.
• Complete non-routine QA tasks and document NUOCA forms.
• Operate computer programs and perform basic math.
• Understand HACCP and cGMP compliance.
