Baxters North America is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role ensures that products meet safety and quality standards through rigorous testing of raw materials and finished goods.
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an associate’s degree, and at least 2 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in the food industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
This position involves performing audits, monitoring ingredient storage, and collaborating with production teams for continuous improvement.
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring product produced meets safety, regulatory, and company quality standards through testing on raw material, in-process checks, finished good testing and daily audits of the facility. Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for reporting out of specification data to supervisors as well as responsible departments.
High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in manufacturing required. Food industry experience is preferred. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
