Alpha-Baking-Co.,-Inc. in Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to monitor food safety and quality across a high-volume, 24/7 bakery. You will conduct checks on materials and products, document processes, and support HACCP, SQF, and FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at a high-volume commercial bakery operating 24/7. The QA Technician will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and document production processes, including weight, temperature, and packaging inspections.
