Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Full Time Clerical position in Largo, FL. The role focuses on product sampling, testing, inspections, and record reviews within a QA environment.

The candidate will submit samples daily, inspect production areas and labels, review records and validation protocols, and participate in cGMP training. Two years of QA or production experience in pharma/dietary supplements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have great attendance.
• Two years’ experience in Quality Assurance or production preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplements industry.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Submit samples on a daily basis for finished goods and validation studies.
• Inspect production areas before production starts on a product; inspect equipment and sign cleaning logs; inspect labels for correct label, expiration date and lot number.
• Inspect finished goods in the shipping area for correct QC Status (e.g. Quality Hold).
• Review test results and place with the Batch Production Record and Validation Protocol as required.
• Review Batch Production Records in production for completeness and review Validation Protocols so that they are ready when production starts.
• Audit Batch Production Records to assure they are complete before giving to the QA Supervisor.
• Conduct training as needed for validation protocols and participate in cGMP training.
