Euronet Worldwide in Little Rock is seeking a QA Technical Analyst to join our Software Solutions team. You’ll collaborate with software developers and architects, test applications, analyze results, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our Implementation and Customer Support teams.

The role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and contributing to product-level documentation. You will participate in planning meetings and help create test plans, cases, and specifications for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' experience in Software Quality Assurance, or Testing.
• Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution.
• Excellent analytical and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, Windows, Linux, and Containerization.
• MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle Database experience.
• Strong written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, proofreading documentation, and assisting with technical documentation.
• Design and execute test plans & cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Record and document results and compare to expected results.
• Identify software failures so that effects can be documented and corrective action taken.
• Document and report issues; track issue resolution.
• Participate in application planning meetings.
• Research and analyze reported bugs and provide detailed information for development.
• Provide guidance and assistance in development of product level documentation.
• Create specifications on small enhancement projects for use by developers and documentation team.
• Provide in-house and customer-related support as needed/requested.
