Job summary

Lokar is seeking a detail-oriented quality assurance professional to inspect and package products in a clean environment. You will inspect components, sub-assemblies, finished products, and incoming items to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

The role involves following work orders, reporting quality issues, and performing repairs as needed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 pounds, work independently, and thrive in a manufacturing setting.

• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Manufacturing experience also is desired.

We are looking for a skilled individual to Quality Assurance tasks in a clean environment. You will be inspecting/repairing components, sub-assemblies, finished products, and incoming products. This role is an integral part to the success of Lokar.

Scope of Position may include:

• Inspect and/or package all products according to manufacturer's directions and specifications.
• Inspect work tasks as indicated by work orders and production schedules.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to QA Manager.
• Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
• Keep assembled product in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Cross training (Participate in both learning and teaching already known tasks/positions).
• Complete product repairs as necessary.
• Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• Past QA experience and strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Hand strength required for hand cutting tools and various fastening tools.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and execute.
• Manufacturing experience also is desired.
