Job summary

Lokar, Inc. is seeking a skilled production worker to perform tasks in a clean environment. You will pick components, gather supplies, assemble sub-assemblies, finished products, and package products. The role is essential to Lokar's success.

Responsibilities include following work orders and production schedules, reporting issues, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Training and cross-training may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Hand strength for hand cutting tools and fastening tools.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Complete work tasks as indicated by work orders and production schedules.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Manager.
• Complete inventory and production documentation.
• Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
• Stage assembled product in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Cross training (learning and teaching existing tasks/positions).
• Complete repairs as necessary.
• Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned as needed.

Scope Of Position May Include

• Assemble and/or package all products according to manufacturer's directions and specifications.
• Complete work tasks as indicated by work orders and production schedules.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Manager.
• Completion of Inventory and Production documentation.
• Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
• Stage assembled product in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Cross training (Participate in both learning and teaching already known tasks/positions).
• Complete repairs as necessary.
• Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
