Job summary

Somafina in Utah is seeking a QA Supervisor to drive day-to-day quality operations on Swing Shift. You will lead a team of Quality Control Technicians, review deviations, and ensure products meet federal and state regulations and Somafina's high quality standards.

Work with other departments to solve problems, maintain compliance, and prepare data for QA reviews. Reports to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and solid math skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and make sound decisions within company guidelines.

• Own quality and compliance by reviewing deviations and ensuring regulatory adherence.
