Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and activities ensuring safe production that meets quality specs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, coaching, and recommend personnel actions to QA Supervisor.
• Communicate shift transitions and key information to peers and Production Management.
• Prepare routine and special reports documenting testing activities, results and safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and work-rule policies across operations.
