Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• HACCP certified or able to obtain certification.
• SQF certified or able to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities for Quality Assurance/Food Safety department.
• Work with USDA/FSIS authorities and customer representatives.
• Implement and maintain quality programs like HACCP and SQF.
• Lead a robust Animal Welfare program.
