Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor QA team members.
Design and monitor test scripts for functionality, reliability, performance and quality.
Identify and remedy defects in production processes.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to meet QA standards.
Collect and analyze quality data to drive improvements.
Conduct audits and prepare audit findings with corrective actions.
Review customer complaints and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Sales and Materials teams to refine system requirements.
Maintain and improve QA metrics, processes, and tooling.
