Job summary

Guidehouse in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Quality Assurance System Tester to join a large-scale agile program for Federal Health. You will embed with delivery teams to validate features, data flows, legacy touchpoints, and release packages across the SDLC.

You will develop manual and automated tests, analyze defects, and ensure compliance with functional, technical, security, accessibility, and operational requirements before production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in software quality assurance or related roles.
• Experience designing, executing, and documenting test cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated tests across features and integrations.
• Support CI/CD with automated regression testing and test data maintenance.
• Collaborate with developers, PO, Scrum Masters and DevSecOps to validate releases.
• Document defects with reproducible steps, evidence and environment details.
