Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance System Tester to support the GrantSolutions program in a large-scale agile environment.

The role embeds with delivery teams to validate features, data flows, legacy touchpoints, and release packages across the software lifecycle. The tester will design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests, analyze defects, verify changes, and ensure conformance to functional, technical, security, accessibility, and operational requirements before

Qualifications

• Must have at least four years of experience in software quality assurance or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, executing, and documenting test cases for applications and data flows.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts and using test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain manual and automated test cases for application features, integrations, workflows, reports, and data changes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts, test suites, and reusable test data for CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform end-to-end software testing across new components and legacy functionality, data exchanges, and user workflows.
• Collaborate with developers during sprint execution to reproduce defects, analyze logs, validate fixes, and support release readiness.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support automated test execution and maintenance of test data.
• Support accessibility, security, performance, data quality, and operational readiness testing with specialized teams.
