Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor for a full-time manufacturing role in Illinois. You will lead QA activities, uphold company standards, and collaborate with the quality assurance manager to implement procedures that reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The position requires a bachelor's degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma with extensive related experience and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• The QA/QC Supervisor maintains corporate and franchise partner standards as well as environmental health and safety standards establishing operational procedures in collaboration with quality assurance manager.
• This role ensures that all work assessments and activities are in accordance with policies of the company, focusing on removing costs, continuous improvement, and removing inefficiencies.
• You will direct quality assurance employees in a Manufacturing facility ensuring that all QA equipment is in excellent operating order.
• Other duties as assigned.
