Position Summary

Central Admixture Pharmacy, located at 6580 Snowdrift Rd, Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States.

Job type: Onsite, 5X8 shift (Wednesday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday). Relocation not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers and tasks within the quality assurance function.
• Supervise audit or inspection processes meant to monitor compliance with established quality standards.
• Coordinate and review the work of a team of analysts or inspectors that collect data identifying potential quality failures, evaluate quality of raw materials or components, in‑process goods, processes or operations.
• Assist team members in interpreting quality standards.
• Summarize team findings and prepare reports for management.
• Suggest changes to vendors or purchasing/production procedures with the goal of improving processes or products.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years related experience required.
• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
• CgMP training/experience required.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work non‑standard schedule as needed.

Physical Demands

Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally. The employee will sit, stand, walk, talk and use hands and arms. Lifting or moving up to 20 lbs may be required occasionally.

Compensation

Salary Range: $71,832.00 – $89,795.00.
