Job summary

Lexical Intelligence is seeking QA Specialists (I–III) to support quality assurance across NIH and LHNCBC projects on the Bethesda campus. Responsibilities span test execution, defect tracking, and collaboration with DevOps, data scientists, and biomedical informatics professionals.

Candidates should have experience with automated testing, security validation, and Section 508 accessibility compliance. Role levels vary from entry to senior, with requirements including Linux experience, scripting,

Qualifications

• 2 years of QA experience for Level I
• 4 years of QA experience and leadership for Level II
• 6+ years of QA experience and enterprise QA leadership for Level III
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD security integration

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of software development and testing for NLM/LHNCBC programs
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Track defects and QA metrics using ticketing systems
• Ensure compliance with government security and accessibility standards
• Lead QA activities and mentor junior staff for higher levels
