Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a QA Specialist with DoD/NMCI experience to ensure compliance across IT systems. You will lead QA across development, implementation, and sustainment, validating NMCI documentation and baselines while coordinating audits and reporting trends.

Strong Excel and MS Project Net v6 skills are essential. US citizenship and a secret clearance are required, with a BS in IT/CS preferred.

Qualifications

Requires IAT-2 level security certification (Security+, GIAC GSEC, or SSCP).
2+ years NMCI business processes and MS Excel/Project NET v6+ experience preferred.
U.S. citizenship and a DoD/NMCI compliance mindset required.

Responsibilities

Lead QA across IT system development, implementation, and sustainment projects.
Analyze NMCI ACTR documentation for alignment with provisioning rules and baselines.
Develop and maintain QA plans, test procedures, and traceability matrices.
Evaluate deliverables for accuracy, initiate corrective actions.
Track milestones using Project and Excel based tools.
Coordinate audits, reviews, and inspections (CCB, TRB, Acceptance).
Provide data analysis, performance metrics, and trend documentation.
Serve as liaison with NMCI reps, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
Prepare formal QA reports and improvement proposals.
