Job summary

Strategies to Empower People (STEP) is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct on-site inspections in the homes of the clients we serve, ensuring compliance with internal policies, state and federal laws, and contracts. The role supports the deaf or hard-of-hearing community in Roseville.

Responsibilities include training staff, submitting incident and APS reports, and compiling diverse data reports to drive quality improvements, with emphasis on person-centered practices and

Qualifications

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or Certificate of Completion.
Must have American Sign Language skills (moderate to fluent).
Minimum one year of experience in Supported Living Services or related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site quality assurance inspections in client homes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, state and federal laws, and contracts.
Provide on-site training for staff.
Complete, review, and submit Special Incident Reports and Adult Protective Services reports.
Compile and present reports and data sets.
Direct staff and provide corrective action.
