Role: QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including plans, cases, and automated suites.
• Lead end-to-end automation efforts for frontend (React) and backend (Python) systems.
• Identify bugs, performance issues, and usability concerns during and after development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria.
• Embed robust regression, integration, and performance testing within SDLC.
• Own and evolve QA standards, tools, and documentation, promoting quality-first delivery.
• Mentor junior QA engineers in technical practices and quality mindset.
• Work with DevOps and Engineering to ensure effective CI/CD pipeline integration for QA automation.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Several years of QA experience with proficiency in test automation.
