Qualifications

• Must have GED or high school diploma.
• Current or previous experience with Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Windows, and Excel.
• Capability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Document Control Center, Data and Records of the Quality System.
• Follows SOPs and work instructions.
• Performs QA pre-inspection, in-process checks, and final inspections per SOP.
• Reads/understands blueprints/drawings for machine part specifications.
• Reports and documents non-conformances.
• Rejects non-conforming products from use or shipment.
• Supports internal audits, QMS/QIS, and corrective actions.
• Generates and updates control charts and Quality QOS.
• Participates in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Keeps workstation and area clean and organized.
