Job summary

Confidential, a leading process manufacturing organization, seeks an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Supervisor to lead QA/QC across a multi‑shift environment, manage the Quality Management System, and ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

In this onsite role, you will drive CAPA, internal audits, continuous improvement, and robust quality documentation, with a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of QA in manufacturing, including two years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to quality preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years leading quality personnel or quality functions.
• Experience developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), process improvement, and quality documentation.
• Manufacturing experience within process manufacturing or related industries preferred.

• Oversee daily QA/QC operations across multiple shifts.
• Manage and improve Quality Management System and documentation.
