Job summary

Freedom Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical QA/QC Site Manager to oversee a section of job-site operations across projects, ensuring timely and profitable completion with strong leadership.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams, apply knowledge of mechanical systems and codes, and manage on-site safety and documentation. The role requires handling complex field situations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality control in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Trade license is a plus.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret and explain drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues and document findings to ensure project closure.
  • Provide technical assistance interpreting drawings and methods.
  • Inspect contractor/subcontract operations for contract compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Foster a safety-conscious, clean work culture.
  • Enforce safety policies and processes.
  • Mentor others toward an injury-free environment.
  • Maintain daily site paperwork.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting and walking.

Position Summary

The Mechanical QA/QC Site Manager is responsible for managing a specific section of job site operations on the projects assigned to achieve timely and profitable completion. The Mechanical QA/QC Site Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience/Education/Other

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience managing people within projects
  • Strong ability to read, interpret and explain drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Project Estimating Software preferred
