Job summary

Northland Controls is seeking a QA/QC Project Manager to join our project operations in Montgomery, Alabama. This role leads projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, internal teams, contractors, and partners to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience in construction or security systems, a related degree, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills. Travel and on-site work are expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, security systems, or related environments.
• Experience managing projects from planning through completion and aftercare.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and budgeting through execution and completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate design activities and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Track costs, invoicing, and overall financial performance of projects.
• Identify risks and issues and communicate them to stakeholders; support closeout.
