Qualifications
CWI or NDT VT LVL 2 required.
Must be able to read P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Experience and knowledge of processed piping systems.
Responsibilities
Coordinate compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.
Inspect fabricated and installed piping, equipment, and components.
Review and approve Quality Plans and inspection procedures.
Ensure records for NDE personnel are maintained.
Monitor subcontractors' performance qualification and reject rates.
Skills
Understanding of semiconductor process systems
Ability to inspect pipe/tube welds
Knowledge of construction protocols
Experience with processed piping systems
Ability to read P&ID
CWI or NDT VT LVL 2 certification
Familiarity with B31.3 and ASME Section 9
Computer skills (MS Office, Bluebeam)
