Job summary

Kizer Energy seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to support Nexus on the Hubbard Data Center Project in Hubbard, Texas. The role leads the QA/QC program across all phases, ensuring quality meets project specifications, regulatory standards, and owner expectations.

You will manage inspections, documentation, NCRs, and turnover packages while coordinating with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure system readiness and timely handover milestones.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of QA/QC experience on industrial or data center projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Certification: CQM-C or ASQ credentials preferred; OSHA 10/30 required.
• Must meet all site access requirements for the Hubbard Data Center.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (owners, engineers, contractors).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and acceptance criteria across all project disciplines.
• Ensure contractors and vendors comply with approved quality procedures and documentation.
• Oversee quality inspections for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural scopes.
• Validate construction work against IFC drawings, project specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate third-party inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Manage all quality documentation, ITPs, NCRs, corrective actions, and turnover packages.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and corrective action planning.
• Serve as QA/QC liaison between owner, engineering, contractors, and client representatives.
• Support commissioning and turnover by validating system readiness and walkdowns.
• Prepare daily/weekly QA/QC reports and track quality KPIs.
