Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks a Traveling QA/QC Manager specializing in electrical construction for hyperscale data centers. You will own the quality program on large site projects, ensuring installations are clean, compliant, and reliable.

You’ll travel to sites nationwide, develop and enforce QA/QC plans, review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning docs, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, electrical systems, grounding, switchgear, UPS, generators.
• Experience on fast‑track commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings like a pro.
• Solid communication skills - you can talk to anyone on site.

Responsibilities

• Owning the quality game on ground‑up hyperscale data center projects.
• Traveling to project sites nationwide - new cities, new teams, new challenges.
• Making sure electrical installations are clean, compliant, and bulletproof.
• Creating and enforcing QA/QC plans that keep projects running smoothly.
• Inspecting everything from feeders to switchgear to critical power systems.
• Partnering with PMs, PXs, Supers, and client reps to keep quality tight.
• Reviewing RFIs, submittals, drawings, and commissioning documentation.
• Tracking issues, solving problems, and keeping the project on the rails.
• Supporting commissioning teams during testing and turnover.
