Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Quality Representative to support QA/QC programs on diverse electrical infrastructure projects. You will assist operations, conduct on-site inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

The role requires 3+ years of construction experience in the electrical sector, the ability to review blueprints, and a commitment to travel to various job sites. We value accuracy, independence, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience in the electrical industry including Substations, Battery Energy Storage Stations (BESS), Mission Critical Facilities, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, or Foundations.
• Ability to review blueprints and schematics for quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain thorough records and report findings with strong attention to detail.
